How do I restore my subscription?

Open GambleX, go to the paywall screen, and tap "Restore Purchase". This will re-sync your subscription status with the App Store.

How do I delete my community data?

You can delete individual posts and comments directly from the community feed. To delete your entire cloud account (community profile, posts, comments, votes, leaderboard entry, and Coach chat history) open GambleX, tap the gear icon on the Progress tab, scroll to Account, and choose Delete cloud account. Recovery data stored on your device (journal, streak, profile photo) is removed by deleting the app.

Is my data private?

Yes. Journal entries, streak data, and recovery progress are stored on your device only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How does Coach X work?

Coach X is an AI-powered recovery coach. Your messages are sent securely to our server, which processes them through an AI model and returns a response. Conversations are not stored permanently on our servers and are not used to train AI models.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > GambleX.
